Here is how you can manage your customers easily:
Open the Bizmanager app on your Android device.
From the bottom menu, click on the Settings button.
The settings page will open with various columns. Slide down to the CRM column.
In the CRM column, you will find the following options:
Customers: The list of customers along with their contact numbers comes under this.
Manage campaigns: You can manage existing campaigns and create new ones by choosing this option.
Manage enquiries: List of enquiries will appear in this section.
Contact us queries: List of queries from the Contact us section of the website will appear under this section.
You can easily go through your customer list and manage them easily with our CRM (Customer relationship management) feature. You can also manage enquiries received from the people and the queries from the Contact us section of the website. Along with this, you can easily manage your marketing campaigns and create them with this feature.
