ADD A CUSTOMER
Customers are the most important people for any business be it an online or an offline store. So, to avoid any kind of a mess, you must keep all your customers at one place to manage them better and you can easily do that with our add a customer feature.
Steps to follow:
1. Login to your Get me a shop Dashboard.
2. From the left side of the menu, Go to CRM → Customers
3. Click on Add new Customer button highlighted in blue at the top of the list.
4. Add profile page will open with the following customer detail options:
Email: Email id of the customer (Mandatory)
First name of the customer (Mandatory)
Last name of the customer
Sex of the customer.
Birthday: Birth date of the customer
Anniversary: Anniversary date of the customer
Contact: Contact number of the customer (Mandatory)
Address: Address details of the customer
Country: Nationality of the customer (Mandatory)
State/region/province of the customer (Mandatory)
City and zip code of the customer.
5. Once you have added the details of your customer, Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
There are different types of customers that we come across in our business and it becomes quite difficult to manage them as every customer has a different pattern or way of executing things. So, to keep the same kind of customers together, use our Add tags feature and segregate your customers easily by creating tags for them.
Here is how you can do that:
Login to your Get me a shop Dashboard
From the left side of the menu, Go to CRM → Customers
A list of Customers will appear with previously created tags (if any) for them under the Tags column.
To add more or multiple tags, Click on the Add Tag button highlighted in Blue.
A pop-up box will open. Now input the tag and Click on the Add button at the bottom of the pop-up box. You can also add multiple tags in the same manner.
Once you have added the tags, Close the pop-up box by clicking on the Cross at the top right corner of the pop-up box.
