Customers are the most important people for any business be it an online or an offline store. So, to avoid any kind of a mess, you must keep all your customers at one place to manage them better and you can easily do that with our add a customer feature.
Here is how you can add a customer:
Open the Bizmanager app on your Android device.
From the bottom menu, click on the Settings button.
The settings page will open with various columns. Slide down to the CRM column.
Now, Click on the Customers option. A list of customers with their contact details will open.
Click on the Plus button highlighted in green at the bottom right side of the screen.
As you click on the plus button, Add customer profile page will open.
Now, You can add a customer on the add customer profile page in two ways:
By Directly importing contacts from your phone contact list.
By adding details of your customer.
How to import customer contacts from the phone contact list?
You can easily add your customers from your phone contact list. Have a look at the image below for better understanding:
Steps to follow:
Once you have reached the Add customer profile page (Refer the above given steps), Click on the link ‘import from contacts’ (refer the image above) on the top of the page.
As you click, a pop-up will open seeking permission to sync with your phone contacts. Click on the Allow button.
A list of your phone contacts will open. Now select the contacts that you want to add to your customer list by clicking on the checkboxes to the right side of the contacts.
Once you have selected them, Click on the Tick button, next to the search bar at the top of the page.
Your customer will be added directly.
How to add a customer manually?
You can easily add a customer manually by filling their details on the Add customer profile page in the following fields:
- Email: Email id of the customer (Mandatory)
- First name of the customer (Mandatory)
- Last name of the customer (Mandatory)
- Sex of the customer. (Mandatory)
- Birthday: Birth date of the customer
- Anniversary: Anniversary date of the customer
- Contact number: Contact details of the customer (Mandatory)
- Address: Address details of the customer
- City of the customer.
- State/region/province of the customer
- Pincode of the customer
- Country: Nationality of the customer
Once you have added the details of your customer, Click on the Add a customer button at the bottom of the screen.
