When we add a customer, we enter their personal and contact details. There are times when we make a mistake in entering those details or may want to update the details later. No need to worry, you can make changes or edit that information anytime later whenever required.

Steps to follow:

  1. Open the Bizmanager app on your Android device.

  2. From the bottom menu, click on the Settings button.

  3. The settings page will open with various columns. Slide down to the CRM column. 

  4. Now, Click on the Customers button. A list of customers with their contact details will open.

  5. Click on the customer of which you want to edit the information. Update customer page will open.

  6. Now, edit the required information and Click on the Update customer button at the bottom of the screen.
