Step 1 - Client need to connect with DHL team firstly.

Step 2. DHL team contact the client & understand the business requirement on that basis share the below mentioned details with the client.


For KYC require the below mentioned documents stamped and signed.


KYC 1 – IEC Copy


KYC 2 – Basis the type of company- any 2 documents from the list below duly stamped and signed.


Sole proprietorship

Ø  Passport

Ø  Pan card

Ø  Voters id card

Ø  Driving License

Ø  Bank a/c statement

Ø  Ration Card


Private Limited Company

Ø  Certificate of Incorporation

Ø  Memorandum of Association

Ø  Articles of Association

Ø  Company Pan Card Copy

Ø  Power of Attorney granted to its managers, officers or employees to transact business on its behalf.

Ø  Telephone Bill


Partnership Firm

Ø  Registration Certificate

Ø  Partnership Deed

Ø  Power of Attorney granted to a partner or an employee of the firm to transact business on its behalf.

Ø  Any official valid document identifying the partners and the person holding the Power of Attorney and their address

Ø  Telephone bill in the name of the partners.


Step 3- After completing the documentation & agreement part, DHL team release the Live API keys which they share with us only & with DHL client can book shipment via GMAS dashboard only.
